 How can we virtualize an API in webMethods API Gateway and expose a native service secured using Kerberos authentication?

When virtualize an API in webMethods API Gateway 10.15  and expose a native service secured using Kerberos authentication, we are geeting some errors:

  1. I received key tab file
  2. we upload APIGW server
  3. Outbound Auth - Transport
  4. Authentication Scheme: Kerberos
  5. Authentication Mode: Custom Credentials
  6. Enter Client Principal and Client Password
  7. Service Principal Name Form: Hostbased
  8. ERROR: API Gateway encountered an error. Error Message: API Gateway is unable to process incoming request.. Request Details: Service - foodprod.supplyorderflowsvcv1, Operation - Supplier, Invocation 
    Can you please provide some insights on what can be the issue and how can we debug this case
