I want to give a user group access to create and save a security group, and then also add users with the following restrictions:
- Only Access to the Start Center application can be given/saved on the groups created.
- Add Users to groups that ONLY have Start center access.
What is the best way to do this? A global restriction or just a sig option?
For Context - we have multiple sites and each one manages most of their data, including creating start center templates. Access, however, is managed centrally and audited by roles which align with permission groups for App Point management.
We would like to allow users to create and manage groups for the purpose of start centers but not allow modification of any other groups.
