Does anybody integrated sterling SFG or B2B with any vault solution for cert/keys and secrets for the kubernetes deployment like hashi corp vault/ Azure vault ?

Yes, we've implemented SFG on Openshift with Hashicorp Vault.
You need to set up a VSO that syncs the secrets from Hashicorp into Openshift and then they are available to SFG deployment as well as runtime as environment variables.
