Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Aspera Desktop client in a multi-session VDI environment?
We have multiple users logging into the same VDI host. The first user who logs in and launches the Aspera Desktop client does not experience any problems and can successfully perform both uploads and downloads.
However, for all subsequent users:
Download transfers can be submitted, but the files are saved to the first user’s Downloads folder.
Uploads do not work properly because the file selection window never appears, preventing users from choosing files to upload.
Yes,It has been identified by the development team and is being worked on.
