 Advice needed: Moving from IBM RPA banking automation in Egypt to international opportunities

Hi everyone,

I have about 3 years of hands-on experience as an IBM RPA Developer, working mainly on banking automation projects in the Egyptian market (core banking, SME processes, RPA-BPM integration, etc.). I'm now looking to expand into the global/international job market and would really appreciate advice from anyone who has made a similar move.

A few questions I have:

  1. What's the best way to make an Egypt-based RPA profile stand out to employers or clients abroad?
  2. Are there specific certifications, portfolio pieces, or platforms that helped you land international roles or remote contracts?
  3. Any tips on remote/relocation-friendly companies or recruiters that hire IBM RPA developers internationally?
