Hi all,
The support articles seem to point to a lot of conflicting information regarding how to add a custom font, likely due to being spread across multiple version of MX7 and MAS8 and 9. Some articles say to upload the font as a Maximo customization zip, some say to put it in a readable directory.
We're following the steps in this support article ( https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7239968 ) but it's using a default system font when printing the PDF from the Print PDF button.
Has anyone gotten a custom font to work in MAS 9.0.21 and would you be willing to share the exact steps?
Note: We were originally trying to use an OTF font but figured that might be a factor so we've converted it to a TTF font
