    Being an experienced IT professional, I have had my fingers working across many platforms and configurations.  These are exciting and useful times. I am still learning and that keeps me motivated. The tools are great with better ways to analyze DMAPS and PMAPS on Z/OS. However, the areas that still needs a deep dive are the algorithms and and design patterns. Since my experience with z/os is still in the early stages, I might have missed these areas. It appears in my novice z/os experiences that I do not have a clear view of how-to approach the problem before executing the steps.
