Dear Team,
we just found the new salt RPM version 3004-1 on your Toolbox and where excited to run tests on it...
...unfortunately we could not update to this version because of some requirements new in this version:
on AIX 7.2 TL5 SP3:
svrseng2-0:/root#dnf update
Last metadata expiration check: 1 day, 17:40:35 ago on Wed Jun 29 14:04:32 2022.
Error:
Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package salt-3003-1.noarch
- nothing provides python3-psutil >= 5.9.0 needed by salt-3004-1.noarch
Problem 2: package salt-minion-3004-1.noarch requires salt = 3004-1, but none of the providers can be installed

- nothing provides python3-psutil >= 5.9.0 needed by salt-3004-1.noarch
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
