Hello,

I need to install nano for AIX 7.2 IBM but I can not find anything for this version

I found for AIX 5.1 but nothing for 7.2

Do you have an idea ?

If you install the mc package from AIX Toobox, you also get "mcedit", which is not the same as nano, but usage is comparable so I would say it is quite close.

The 5.1 RPM should install and run on AIX 7.2.  It's quite common for opensouce packages to be complied for an old release of AIX so that they can run on that release and higher ones.
