Could you please give me some details?
I found the issue by looking at the ErrorList View. for some reason it was looking in wrong spot on disk for our key. I rename the folder it was looking in and then went through the steps of applying the key.
What was the specific wrong disk space path?
The correct disk space path was[RDi_9.8_RPGCOBOLTools_AU_Lic_Act_Kit_P2.zip] is the path where it resides?

Other programmers at my company have gotten the key to apply permanently. but mine falls. I even had them watch me install the same version they Zip files they used to install and it still falling ...
steps taken:
I downloaded the .zip from IBM web site.
Then unzipped it.
Then ran RDI.exe
Set up a new workspace.
Extracted locally the .zip
Clicked on help/ install new software.
Clicked on add.
Clicked on local
Looked for the license folder
Clicked on select.
Clicked on next.
Restart
Clicked on help/manage license/
Clicked on Apply license.
Restart
Under Manage license:
License status License Status
Trail License key available
I have uninstalled from help from the about screen and reinstalled the key and still failing to go "Permanant"
Does anyone know how to apply key?
