Are there any AIX minimum requirements for FW950_072 on E950?

    My client created mksysb images of  AIX 7.2TL03SP03 and AIX7.2TL04TL02 that meet the minimum  aix requirements for E950.
    He installed AIX LPARs with these images successfully on E950 with FW930_035, but failed on E950 with FW950_072.
    Do you guys give me some any ideas why this happened by any chance?
    Is there any os requirements for latest firmeware ?
