I tried and kept getting kicked out and being asked for my id/pwd ad nauseum. Again IBM is screwing things up.  It's bad enough that the redbooks are littered with URLs that are valid 6 months after publication, now this?

    No idea either.

I've reported to IBM via different channels without any answer that I do not think that this is very useful for our daily work.

Being sent to this forum from IBM support after opening a case for samba/toolbox problems, I've asked if they know that this forum will soon be closed. I was told that "IBM management is aware of the situation".

I'm sure they are saving a lot by shutting down the forum and not even offering an archive function.

There is also an AIX Open Source Software Community Forum that may be more appropriate for what you are looking for.  You can still post to this forum in the meantime, but Open Source questions should be directed to the other community.

Apologies for the inconvenience but if you are still looking for information, please post in the AIX Open Source Forum to see if there is a community response or reply here.and I will respond.  Thank you.
