Ty Burger is the Chief Operating Officer and founder of Pinpoint Systems Corporation, providing the leadership to support clients’ needs for best practices in marketing processes and accompanying technical systems with the effectiveness of linking marketing actions to financial results.
Ty’s leadership and vision energizes and focuses project teams, directly translating to measurable productivity and improved communication. He is intimately involved with marketing automation solutions and continuous improvements necessary for a client to be successful, as evident by his work with leading companies.
Before Pinpoint, Ty was a Lead Technical Architect for a CRM consultancy where he managed staff for client engagements in technical and marketing consulting throughout the US. His multiple responsibilities included architecture planning, hardware sizing, database design, data flow design, software deployment, systems integration, development activities, pre-sales, proposal development, contract negotiations, project management, budget management and resource management. Ty also implemented Unica’s Affinium software suite in several organizations to facilitate customer centric, closed loop marketing processes.
Prior, Ty was Director of Product Development for Equifax (previously Naviant) providing strategic direction, consolidation, and a stabilization business and technology plan to turn around a failing division. His work was in multiple vertical markets including: healthcare, telecommunications, banking, financial services, and Internet marketing industries. While at Naviant, Ty was also Chief Architect on a $10 million project with 24/7 Media, where he helped to significantly reduce turnaround times, resulting in significant revenue generation for the company.
Ty started his career as a Software Design Engineer with Martin Marietta, and then moved to MRJ Technology Solutions where he was quickly promoted through numerous, more responsible positions.
