Dynamic Content Versioning and switching mid-track

    Hi everyone,

Perhaps it's because I've moved from a different automation platform to this one recently, but I can't seem to find where I can drill down on performance of individual versions of emails that have been included in a journey, specifically where dynamic content is concerned. I can see a report available for this in individual mailers, but not within a program.

Another thing that is bugging me, is that I don't seem to able to directly push a customer from say the third email in a track, to the 4th email of a different track, within the same program, at least not without a lot of (what I think is) unnecessary config. Am I missing something?

to your first question - you can achieve that following these instructions:
    https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSWU4L/Automation/imc_Automation/Automation_q_a_watson_assistant/Program_reporting_workaround.html

its also on the roadmap to have dynamic-content reporting also in our new Reporting UI "Performance Insights"

    to your second question:

currently its not possible to redirect a user to a different track in the new Program UI but that is a feature on the roadmap for Q4 (that feature is already available in the old program-UI)

Happy to report that yes, in Q4 we released the ability to redirect contacts from one path to another the New Programs. For more information, see this article.

    Hi there,

In Michael's original reply he wrote "its also on the roadmap to have dynamic-content reporting also in our new Reporting UI "Performance Insights". Can you please give some insight into when this might be coming?

    Thanks,
