AMP / Add a new MIME part

I'm just reading through the AMP for Email stuff (AMP Email) and was wondering, if we could use it in Acoustic as well.
They mention that you have to add a new MIME part:
Embedding AMP within an email is simple, add a new MIME part with a content type of text/x-amp-html as a descendant of multipart/alternative. It should live alongside the existing text/html or text/plain parts. This ensures that the email message works on all clients.

I couldn't find that option in Acoustic and was wondering if it was possible or considered for a future release?

Or if someone could share tips or experiences with AMP for Email, I would appreciate that as well.

Currently, Acoustic supports two MIME types for email: text/html and text/plain for HTML and plain-text email formats respectively.  I have not seen anything formally announced regarding AMP support (and the necessary mime type: text-x-amphtml).  I asked IBM/Acoustic a few months ago and the response was that it is under consideration with no timeline in mind [yet].

    Hi Fabienne (and Ty)!

What Ty said is correct. It's not currently supported in Acoustic Campaign, but AMP Email is definitely a feature we've been tracking and are excited about. We've been very focused on getting the new message composer ready for all of our users, and this is where you could expect to see the feature supported upon release.

    Hope this helps!
