Auto-populate a persistent HIERARCHYPATH field in classifications?

  • 1.  Auto-populate a persistent HIERARCHYPATH field in classifications?

    7.6.1.2:

Is there a way to auto-populate a custom, persistent HIERARCHYPATH field in the CLASSSTRUCTURE table?

For example, if a user creates a classification, I would like a custom HIERARCHYPATH field to be automatically populated with the applicable hierarchy path.

I would like to do this using out-of-the-box functionality (not an automation script).

    Thanks.

I suppose it could be done with Maximo formulas or with a crossover domain.
