Edinburgh MUG May 19th - 20th POSTPONED

    Posted Wed March 11, 2020 12:37 PM
As a committee, we have taken the tough decision to postpone our planned trip to Edinburgh for the Maximo UK & Ireland networking and user group meeting on May 19th -20th.

We are looking at hosting a webinar in its place and rescheduling the network and main meeting to November.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but given the circumstances, we feel it's the best thing to do.

Keep a lookout for details of the webinar and future dates.

    Cheers
    Rich

    Richard,

Congratulations for your decision. You may qualify it as a tough decision, but  it should be qualified as a responsible decision. Just like reliability is everyone's responsibility, it is everyone responsibility to do everything in our power to prevent the pandemia's propagation. Again you have all my applause.

Note:  I had a conference cancelled last week that was turned into a virtual event with great success. We have the technology. I suggest you look into it. This pandemia may potentially last until a vaccine is approve and produce in sufficient quantity to be available to the general population. It is currently estimated that it will take more than a year for this to happen.
