You provided very little details about your installation. Please at least mention the version of DPOD, what type of installation, etc. The more details you provide the more help you'll get.
it seems that there's an issue with both agents on your installation.
- Check the status of your agents under Manage -> DPOD Health -> Agents.
- Use the Admin Console (https://montier.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DPOD011800/pages/15731262549/Admin+Console) or "app-util.sh" to inspect the status of the processes on the DPOD server. If the processes are down, start them.
- It might also be caused by a network issue. Have you recently changed the IP address of your DPOD server?
- Inspect the logs under /logs/syslogAgent and /logs/wsmAgent.
If that doesn't work, I suggest you open a support case and upload a mustgather so this can be investigated by the support team.
