Step 8 of "Configure the integration in App Connect on IBM Cloud" in the referenced documentation describes how to apply the MQ policy to an Integration Server:
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/app-connect/cloud?topic=tutorials-using-app-connect-enterprise-cloud-mq-cloud
To attach the policy to the integration server for the uploaded bar file, complete the following steps:
- Click the 'Used by' cell of the row for the policy that you want to attach.
- In the Apply policy dialog, select the integration servers that you want to attch the policy to, and then click Apply.
If you go to the Policies page in the App Connect UI you should see in the "Used by" column if the Policy has been applied to an Integration Server, and if you click on the link in that column it should show you what Integration Server(s) that Policy is attached to. You can see in the images below that I have Policy "my-mq-policy" that is applied to the Integration Server "CustomerDatabaseV1":
Could you confirm that you have the MQ Policy applied to the Integration Server (note that the Integration Server needs to be stopped to be able to apply a Policy)

Subject: APP Connect on IBM Cloud with MQ on IBM Cloud
Hi,
I have imported an BAR file on APP CONNECT(IBM CLOUD), by which I need to communicate with MQ on CLOUD. For that I have followed this IBM documentation. Link: Using IBM App Connect Enterprise on IBM Cloud with IBM MQ on Cloud
I am getting error in two places. 1. I could not activate the channel called -- Channel name – CLOUD.APP.SVRCONN
2. I don't know whether my integration server on APP CONNECT is accepting policy or not.. (I have created MQ Policy)
Need to Know these things: 1. To apply policy to integration server , what are the configurations need to do
2. Server Identity not found on this integration Server means
.
