    Hello,
There is a nice document from Hursley lab named "MQ Replicated Data Queue Manager High Availability / Disaster Recovery - 20-MQ-RDQM_Lab.pdf" (77 pages).
I was presented last June during the Early Experience Program Workshop - MQ VNext.

I'm not sure if it's publicly available, if you have a contact at Hursley they should be able to help you.
For example ask Pete Murphy <pete_murphy@uk.ibm.com>.
I have set up several RDQM installations, I can help you with details.
    HTH.
