MQ Explorer question adding new queues on Windows.

I have MQ Explorer installed on my desktop and when I attempt to add a new queue to a Windows manager I get a security violation:

Access not permitted. You are not authorized to perform this operation. (AMQ4036)
Access not permitted. You are not authorized to perform this operation. (AMQ4036)
    Severity: 10 (Warning)
Explanation: The queue manager security mechanism has indicated that the userid associated with this request is not authorized to access the object.

I can perform this when I login into the Windows Server using MQ Explorer, but not using the desktop software.

Also we are not using Ldap.

    Thanks.

Remote security is much stricter than the security applied when you are logged into the server. There are several security features that may be stopping you.

Please look in the queue manager's AMQERR01.LOG file to discover the reason. If you need assistance, please post the error messages in here for us to read and provide further advice.
