You can get a pdf of flow details if you right click on it in the navigator view and select generate documentation .
Not sure if this will give you all the information you need but it should be a good starting point.

Is there a way to automatically produce documentation from a running IIB system?
In the past, I've taken screen shots of message flows and captured message node properties as well as script source, then cobbled it all together into a Word doc.
But that's very tedious and I was wondering if there's a tool that can do it automatically.
