If it´s k8s, you can kill the pods, and it will get up again... but I would recommend talking with IBM about this first. Sorry not able to help much here. :)
But v5 does not work as v10. You should not need to reboot the servers and the DataPowers.

What are the Reboot/Restart steps for APIC V10.0.0 subsystems on VMWare server.
Is 'sudo reboot' the right command to be used for subsystem restart ?
