For Apic version 5.0.8.13 first we need to update to version 5.0.8.10 as per provided reference link. So we plan to update the apic version to 5.0.8.10.
Can you please share with us reference link to update 5.0.8.10 and also fixpack link for the same(mgmt, portal, gateway or which file need to be download) which is required during updation process.
Current v5 system:
Version- 5.0.8.1
OS- Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS

Actually we migrate Apic v5 to Apic v10 but for migration minimum version required for v5 is 5.0.8.7 but our current v5 system is 5.0.8.1. Can you please share with us reference link to update 5.0.8.13.

There's nothing special needed, just use the instructions in the APIC v5 knowledge center.
It is worth bearing in mind that 5.0.8.7 is still incredibly old, you need to go to the latest 5.0.8.13 in order to pick up the log4j fix.
The developer portal in both 5.0.8.1 and 5.0.8.7 is already out of support, you need to migrate to the Ubuntu18 based portal in 5.0.8.10 (following the process documented in the KC).
I hope you know this, but support for APIC v5 ends in April this year (less than 4 months). You need to be upgrading to APIC v10 ASAP.
