Hi Vinita,
"Failed to establish a backside connection" and "Failed to process response headers" are typical DataPower errors where there is an issue connecting to a backend server. What version of API Connect are you using? Given you are under a load test, could you be overwhelming your backend servers where they don't allow an incoming connection or don't respond in a timely fashion? If this is the case, your options are a) to specify a rate limit for your catalog that will return a rate limit error if the transaction rate exceeds what the backend can handle b) add more backend server capacity. The DataPower logs should provide information as well for these errors.
Regards,
Steve

Subject: Getting 500 Error while Load Testing
Hello Team,
While 300 users are performing load testing, we are getting 98 "500 error" hits out of 1585 hits.
In logs we are getting "Failed to establish a backside connection" and "Failed to process response headers" in error response.
Please provide solution for above mentioned error and also let us know why we are getting this error.
Thanks and Regards
