  • New Release! IBM Spectrum LSF RTM 10.2

    On behalf of the Spectrum Computing LSF and add-on team, we are pleased to announce the release of IBM Spectrum LSF RTM 10.2!

    IBM Spectrum LSF RTM offers an integrated monitoring facility that is designed specifically for IBM Spectrum LSF environments, delivering robust workload monitoring, reporting, and management. It consists of powerful productivity tools that give you full visibility to LSF clusters, including operational dashboards, job-level profiling, and multiple cluster support.

    IBM Spectrum LSF RTM V10.2 features the following enhancements:

    • A new responsive user interface with an updated user experience that is consistent with the IBM Spectrum LSF family of GUIs. The IBM Spectrum LSF RTM V10.2 GUI continues to run as a separate web server.
    • A simplified installation, which now includes third-party add-ons that were separate downloads in previous versions of IBM Spectrum LSF RTM.
    • Enhanced performance.
    • An upgraded underlying framework to Cacti 1.2, which includes:
      • Enhanced remote data collection to enable greater scale and more stability for remote instances
      • Improved UI for faster loading of pages in larger installations
      • Reduced polling times through the adjustment of conditions where devices need to be re-indexed
      • A new graph tree site node with the capability to view graphs per site
      • A new installation wizard that enables the configuration of main and remote instances
