Please check ntp is synced between three nodes. Most probably there is a time difference between nodes.
Regarding the port 8443, hope you test the load balancer prior to install as mentioned in the this link `https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSQNUZ_1.2.0/com.ibm.icpdata.doc/zen/install/testldbal.html#testldbal`.
Lastly, instead of ICP for Data V1.1.0.2, I will suggest to use v.1.2.0 as many issues addressed in the newer version.

I have completed the installation for ICP for Data V1.1.0.2 on linux . Port 31483 is listening but 8443 is not listening hence I'm not able to access any of the consoles.
Can anyone advice me the action please . Its a 3 node setup and currently only one pod is facing issue in master node :
