Prior to his employment with Franklin Apprenticeships, Cliff worked as a Workplace Development instructor for various college-level technical education programs. His background also includes employee training, building automation systems, and software development. Currently, Cliff supports learners in the IBM z/OS Pre-apprenticeship Learning Path with hints and documentation via Slack and with periodic "Office Hours" via Teams to help them overcome academic difficulties. Cliff specializes in COBOL, Python, Zowe, and ISPF in the mainframe environment.
