  • 1.  How to bring up IMS in zDT V12.0.5?

    Hello,

    We have a requirement to work on IMS DC screens. We are using zDT V12.0.5 which has IMS 15.  When we tried to login to IMS using 'L IMS15'  command, only a blank screen is getting displayed. If we press any key, there is no response and screen is getting hanged. I checked in SDSF and can see few IMS 15 starter jobs running.

    We don't have any IMS experts in our team and not sure how to fix this issue.

    It will be helpful if anyone of you can share the steps to be followed to bring up IMS in zDT.

    Hi Arun,
    Did you create an ADCD image out of one of the ADCD packages delivered along with ZD&T 12.0.5 and deploy it to a target system using ZD&T's Web UI?
    Which ADCD version did you deploy?

    Verify if IMS has come up completely.  In many cases this issue is due to IMS not being fully initialized .. perhaps it is waiting on an emergency restart. If you can paste the task list and perhaps the Jes log output of the IMS control region (IMS15CR1) we can see what status it is in
