    Dear SA z/OS and SMU users,

     

    if you want to open a new RFE for Service Management Unite (SMU), please use the following information:

     

    The SMU RFEs need to be opened for the product 'IBM Service Management Suite for z/OS'.
    From the Submit a request page, specify 'Service Management Suite for z/OS' for Product, and 'Service Management Unite' for Component.
    The Brand is 'Servers and Systems Software' and Product family is 'z Systems Software'.
