Technology is helping to achieve SDG 4 - Quality Education by taking quality education to everyone's phone/computer and I am a big beneficiary of it. Technology provides students with easy-to-access information, accelerated learning, and fun opportunities to practice what they learn. It enables students to explore new subjects and deepen their understanding of difficult concepts

I have reshaped my career journey by using these online courses. I am studying textile engineering but I always had a passion for technologies. So, I used online courses to build my knowledge.  I have received education from institutions like- MIT, Harvard, Stanford, etc.  Even, top companies like IBM, Google, Microsoft, etc are helping students to learn about modern technology. Being selected to be an IBM Z Ambassador from a non-CS background shows the power of online education.

Besides, during the Covid-19 pandemic, education could have come to a standstill if proper technologies were not in place for online teaching. Technologies are also opening doors for personalized education. Through technologies, we can reduce the cost of providing quality education to the masses by a huge margin. 

But there is still a long way to go. We should work to reach unprivileged students by technology and make more and more free online materials available.
