My current install of zos explorer will not update using the supplied site:

    http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/aqua3.1/

    I get the following error:

Error while reading from repository: http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/aqua3.1/site.xml. Error while reading from repository: http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/aqua3.1/site.xml.

What the URL : http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/ brings you to is the new IBM site for DevOps so the rest of the URI is bad.

I tried to download a new P2 install and the new zip file does not include a zosexplorer.exe to run and the site says to run 'IBM Explorer for zOS.app' which will not run on a Windows box.

Yes, that was the link that was provided as I worked down the original links provided in the tool.  This is the message I get using that site.  It's looks like it adds the /site.xml to the end of every

What I did was download the P2 install again.  I'm not sure why it defaulted to MACOS as my operating system since I'm on Windows but once I set that properly the P2 download worked and I installed into a different directory.  I compared the two P2 instances and both point to the same URL http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/htp/zos/tools/aqua3.1/ for updating and installing new plugins.  Something must have happened to the previous install because the new P2 install works and I can now update and install plugins without any issues.  I have heard that our site has pushed out updates to our system and has caused issues with other Java applications but this was the first time I've ran into anything like this.  I had worked on some CICS Java programs and I had to use a full Java installation and not just the JRE so that might have caused the issue.  Now I need to download my plugins but the artifacts are easy enough to export and import bacause I only have a few projects.
