    We recently installed IBM Z Development and Test Environment Enterprise Edition V 12.0.5 in our shop with 3 RVUs.

    We tried to check how many concurrent users can login at a time and can see that beyond 10 users we are getting the following error: IKT00204I LOGON FAILED, NO USER APPLID AVAILABLE

    We want to increase the limit to more than 10. Please let me know how can we can do it

    Hi Arun.  You should open a Case with IBM Support and they will route it to the right team.

    You can do that by visiting https://www.ibm.com/support/.  I believe you will need your Customer Number in order to open the Case.
