During the GSE NL event we offer a unique opportunity for students to join the event by hosting a Mainframe Coding Challenge.

During the event you will be able to follow technical sessions, talk to large companies and learn all about the career opportunities in Enterprise Computing, and learn to code on a live Mainframe.

The Coding Challenge

Start coding your own Front-end environment and have this connected to a back-end Mainframe Sever to process transactions using REST API. 

Using only VS Code as IDE you will be guided to code your own frontend Webserver using Python and Node.js and.. why not... having an IoT device displaying the status of your transactions.

This Coding Challenge does require a minimal knowledge of general IT technology and is intended for any audience.
