The price to attend the Study Tour is 1400,– euro per person (ex. VAT). Should you apply from a non-Euro country, the fee will be converted into your local currency. Please be aware that in case of cancellation later than April 27th we cannot refund the registration fee. The price includes the conference fee, all local arranged transportation and transfers to and from Prague Airport, hotel charges from Monday evening to Friday morning, and lunches & dinners until Thursday May 30. Flight cost to/from Prague and any personal expenses are not included. On Monday May 27 a shuttle bus will be operating between Prague Airport and the hotel. On Friday May 31 there will be transportation to the airport available at three different timeslots.
As we normally have high demand in the NCEE zStudy tour and although we have expanded (again) the number of seats in 2024, we do have a limited number of seats available for the tour. We will handle enrolments on a “first come – first served” basis (registration closes on April 25th, end of day).
