The mainframe forms the backbone of the world’s largest enterprises. Every time you make a payment, book a flight, or visit a hospital the chances are you will be indirectly interacting with a mainframe. But what is it? How is it used? What skills are enterprise employers looking for? How do you get started with learning it?
Come along to this engaging session to learn from IBM and Macro 4, and listen to the experiences of apprentices who are starting their career in this important area. This will be an informal but informative session, so bring along your questions, whether you’re looking to start a career in enterprise computing, or are just interested in finding out more.
