I've tried to download ADCD 3.1 Personal Edition via Passport Advantage Online.
The checksum-list contains file A3ZCX1.gz.
I couldn't find it after download everything.
Have I made a mistake or is this file not available?

ADCD was released twice per year, (May and December), so 3.1 was released on december, but please, keep in mind this:
Accessing the ADCD z/OS 3.1 December 2023 Edition
ADCD is only available to ISVs who are enrolled in the IBM Z On-premises Development (zOPD) Program with a current, valid contract and existing zPDT license/serial number.
