I have a licensed Devops Deploy (Urbancode) server, to which is attached a z/OS agent running on a zD&T z/OS instance (z/os version 3.1). 

The agent is connected to the server, and is displaying as an "RDT" license, which is exactly as expected. However, when we try to deploy using that agent, we get the following message:


The log file has this line:

Anyone have an idea of why this is failing? Is this a defect?
