LTPA errors in IBM WebSphere SystemOut.log

    Hi,

    I am looking for help to fix the below error for IBM WebSphere application.

     

    SECJ0419I: The user registry is currently connected to the LDAP server ldap://csn-dev-dc-02.dev.trizetto.com:389.

    SECJ0369E: Authentication failed when using LTPA. The exception is com.ibm.websphere.security.auth.AuthenticationFailedException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090449, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 775, v3839 ].

    Based on IBM Support document(https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/i-am-getting-ltpa-errors-ibm-websphere-systemoutlog), I did the following steps. But, it is still not working.

    1. Stop the server

    1. Clear the WAS Temp cache

           Run clearClassCache.bat  

          

       Run osgiCfglnit.bat

          

    1. Start the server
