    Hello!

It was an awesome session and I wish we had more days! I attended the IBM zStudent Contest Accelerator – Brought to you by Shooting Stars Foundation and I learned the basics of ZXplore and how to go about completing my fundamentals. Additionally, I learned about the IBM zStudent Contest and the zDatathon. I learned that Z in ZXplore stood for Zero Downtime! A quote that I remember vividly and would like to carry forward is from Rituraj Mohato and it was " Be a Force for good." It just felt right - as a developer and as a person. I cannot wait to learn more from my stint as a Student Ambassador!

I hosted a watch party for "A Garage Mainframer's Journey." It was very technical, so some of the terminology went over my head. Regardless, I understood how much Enzo persevered throughout his journey, having to read several manuals and think quickly on his feet when the manual wouldn't cut it. I think those skills are important for anyone in any industry especially in the tech space. Enzo's story also interested some people in the watch party, so I will be helping them sign onto the zxplore platform, so that they can also get started on their mainframe journey just like Enzo!

IBM zDay has always been great.
I attended a number of session this year including IBM zStudent Contest Accelerator – Brought to you by Shooting Stars Foundation and others talking about the future mainframe,
Leveraging Technology as a Part of Your Sustainability as well as other interesting topics. It was awesome with all sessions, content filled!.
My major take away "IBM zSystems is the past present and future"~@Shari. The truth potentials about mainframes has to reach more communities, Universities and classroom. Big ups to all of the speakers including @Steven Perva. @Hartanto Ario Widjaya and @Rituraj .
