Self describing agents (SDA) - introduction and benefits

The self-describing agent (SDA) feature, available from IBM Tivoli Monitoring version 6.2.3, eliminates manual actions and reduces the risk of issues caused by a mismatch in application support. With SDA you don't need to
restart TEMS or other monitoring components for application support updates to go into effect. Please watch the video for more information.
