During IBM zDay 2022, we were excited to announce the launch of the IBM zSystems Advocacy Hub! Not sure what advocacy is? Advocacy is when you step outside your day job to share your expertise, knowledge, and passion for IBM zSystems with the global community of students, developers, educators, learners, returners, reskillers and more.
The IBM zSystems Advocacy Hub was designed to be your one destination for all things advocacy – providing opportunities to get engaged, and the resources you need.
How to use the hub:
Once you are on the landing page, there is plenty to explore. You can identify resources based on your target audience, starting with students and educators, learn about ways you can engage, identify advocacy opportunities and find the resources you need, and contact us with any questions, feedback or ideas.
Looking to get more involved? The "find opportunities" page provides a number of ways to get engaged across the gamut of advocacy types. You have the ability to sort the opportunities by type of activity or complexity level.
The "content library" is chock full of resources to support you on your advocacy journey. You can find the materials you need based on audience, starting with students and educators, the type of advocacy you are looking to do, and the type of resource material you are looking for, whether it be a presentation or a workshop kit.
The "key resources" area provides a one-stop destination for resources and opportunities to use when speaking with college and university students or educators about IBM zSystems.
Don't forget that your acts of advocacy enable you to earn yearly stackable badges through the IBM Fans of zSystems Hub.
