Introduction
Host code pages allow users to view the terminal contents in their configured languages. Users can specify the code pages on a session-by-session basis, and can modify them as required in the Property Panel.
The code pages supported by the 3270 and 5250 emulators are given below.

- For Config Model: If the Host code page is modified in the Property panel at the Client side, the changes are updated in the HOD config file, and will be in sync with the Host On-Demand application.
- For HTML and Combined Model: If the Host code page is modified in the Property panel at the Client side, the changes are saved to the current session’s browser property for future use.
Note
- If this property is locked by the Admin in the Host On-Demand application, the user cannot modify it at the Client side.
- By default, the Host code page is set as United States (037).
- If any of the unsupported code pages is set by the Admin, the default Host code page will be applied at the Client side.
To modify the Host code page, follow the below steps.
1. Go to Properties from any of the sessions.
2. Click on Connection.
3. Navigate to the General tab to access the Host code page section.
4. From the dropdown, select the preferred host code page from the list of supported code pages.
5. Click on Save after modifying the host code page.
