The enhancements provided in this deliverable include the following:
Enhanced SMF reporting for z/OS 3.1:
New attribute groups and workspaces reporting SMF information for SMF data sets, global configuration, installed exits and record types. Makes use of new IFAQUERY capabilities in z/OS 3.1 to gather the information from SMF.
Restructuring of Address Space Overview workspace:
The address space overivew workspace in the e3270UI has been restructured to bring the Total GCPU Pct and Total zIIP Pct attributes to the front of the display along with the Total CPU Pct attribute. Additionally, the attribute captions have been shortened to allow more data to be viewed in the initial display of the workspace.
TEP reporting of z/OS 3.1 Dedicated Memory:
New reporting in the TEP for z/OS 3.1 Dedicated Memory that includes system and address space usage reporting.
TEP reporting of new Address Space Bottlenecks attributes:
New Address Space Bottlenecks table attributes for CPU Loop Index Importance, Total CPU Samples and Total Wait Samples reported in TEP.
