Join Erwin Casas from Broadridge Financial Solutions on their Operations support team use of custom boards on the DWC. The session will focus on how boards were designed to provide single ‘pane of glass’ view into multiple controllers. With Operations team initially working off from the conventional 'green screen' and monitoring controllers on multiple LPARS, the DWC custom dashboard provided viable solution for more efficient workload monitoring.
· 2:30 ET: Tax office achieves 90% CPU improvement with an AIOps solution:

AIOps is continuing to evolve at a fast pace and securing customer input throughout the design and development phases is essential for success. During an IBM Sponsor User Program for Monitoring, Boudewijn Dekkema, a Systems Engineer from The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration Office provided input to make life easier for the operations world for rolling out OMEGAMON agents. Based on the interactions during this program, the Configuration Manager was born and now the operations team no longer has to use the PARMGEN procedure, a 90% CPU improvement. Attend this session to learn more about the value proposition for Configuration Manager through the eyes of The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration Office.
