Classes - Ready to go back to school?

The DevOps Distance Learning for IDz Entry-level starts on Monday Sept 9th! This is no-charge, virtual, instructor-led training about the popular Integrated Development Environment IBM Developer for z/OS (IDz). This is the first module of nine, don’t worry, they are one hour once a week, to help minimize the impact to your schedule and allow for time to explore on your own. More info on this webpage. Webinar - You asked - we delivered exciting IDE updates!

Register for the one hour webinar on Wednesday Sept 18th that will review the latest updates in the Application Delivery Foundation for z/OS product suite. Developers will demo updates in the Integrated Development environments (IDEs) showing the Remote Connection Emulator (RCE) in IDz on Eclipse and the z/OS Resource Table in Wazi for VS Code.

IBM Z Day is a free online conference on Oct 1st with 6 technical tracks and over 250 speakers! That’s a lot to navigate, consider the session by our European customer on Mainframe Modernization and a session covering our newest case study by Swedbank, both in the ‘Accelerate Application Modernization & AIOps with generative AI’ track.

There’s nothing like face-to-face collaboration if you have the opportunity. This year’s TechXchange is Oct 21-24 at the Mandalay Bay. There is a cost for registration, but it will be well worth it.
