IBM Z OMEGAMON AI for z/OS Enhanced first Dashboard and Navigation

  

In IBM Z OMEGAMON AI for z/OS 6.1.0 APAR OA66695 and PTF UJ95967 there is a new optional first workspace and enhanced navigation paths.  

With the new KM5STRTK custom workspace you then click on the System Name - LPAR and navigation group allow you to pick what to view.

If you pick 1 to view Address Space Information then you get to this panel with many TABs to quickly view Bottlenecks, Address Space Virtual Storage, Address Space Real Storage, etc.

If you had picked System CPU Information then you have many CPU use exploring options to use like CPC machine use view:

And if you had picked Memory to navigate to you would go here to see all view LPAR memory related:

And if you picked Workload General then you get to dive into the Workload Management view and general LPAR management items:

To setup this new Dashboard option as your first OMEGAMON AI for z/OS workspace you need to use 62X160 sized session and go here:
Pick KM5STRTK as your custom workspace and save it to your profile and then you are all set to use the new navigation and dashboard.  With point and clicks you can quickly get to the information you need to manage performance on your zOS systems.
