We’ll be giving a demonstration of how to use Red Hat OpenShift to deploy a Hybrid Application spanning Linux and z/OS runtimes. Our demo application is comprised of a CICS TS backend, z/OS Connect EE API and a Liberty web app. We’ll show how these components can be deployed and managed through OpenShift detailing the role that z/OS Cloud Broker and z/OSMF play in particular for the z/OS based component. Finally we’ll show the flexibility that Linux on Z and zCX provide for Hybrid deployments and how APIs allow for portability of front end assets with minimal change. We’ll also detail the performance and cost benefits that can be achieved by deploying front end assets as close as possible to backend data and services.  ibm.biz/Broker-ZCEE-0317
