By implementing IBM z/OS® Connect and the COBOL programming language on IMS databases, it enabled our client to leverage the robustness, resiliency, and security offered by mainframes with the capabilities to launch new applications and services faster by creating an API-focused digital platform that would reduce customer churn, improve brand loyalty, and improve their overall business value.
