When you use your IBM Community profile to its full potential, you can build a more vibrant network. Members who have the Open-Book badge (updated profile) have on average 56% more contacts than members without. To ensure that everyone can maximize their networking potential in the Community, we’re announcing the IBM Community Profile Challenge!
To participate in the challenge, update the following fields on your profile by April 26th:
1) Profile Photo
2) Company Name
3) Job Title
4) Relationship to IBM
Once your profile is updated, you’ll automatically be entered in a drawing to win an IBM gift bag and spotlight interview within the community.
Here are the 4 steps to improving your profile and entering your name into the drawing:

2 & 3) Update your company name
